STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS & ENGAGEMENT
Working with ForYourArt, which acted as an international connector for Pacific Standard Time buzz campaigns at various international and U.S. art fairs, including initiating panels and programs; served as liaison with commercial galleries for Pacific Standard Time’s Participating Gallery Program and as a strategic advisor to the Initiative campaign. Pacific Standard Time is an unprecedented collaboration of more than 60 cultural institutions across Southern California coming together to celebrate the birth of the L.A. art scene.

CULTURAL PLANNING
Cultural planning for the City of Beverly Hills and the City of Burbank with Allison Sampson Management Consultants, Senior Partner & Co-Consultant. Worked hand-in-hand with community representatives to conduct an assessment and planning process focused on arts and cultural resources, needs, opportunities, and goal setting.

CAPACITY BUILDING & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Coaching and organizational leadership development resulting in capacity-building plans for performing arts organizations in CRA/LA’s North Hollywood Arts Retention Program and CRA/LA’s Mid-City Los Angeles Arts Retention Program.

BUSINESS PLANNING
Conducted business planning and external market evaluation of Self Help Graphics’ off-site art services, including its public art, exhibition print, and mobile art programs. Created a “Concise Plan for Art Services,” which included a vision statement for off-site art services, objectives for contributed and earned income, and an action plan.

CULTURAL FACILITY PLANNING
Prepared cultural facility plan for Road at Riverton, a 76-seat intimate theater space in a senior housing complex, with Allison Sampson Management Consultants as Senior Partner and co-consultant. The NoHo Senior Arts Colony, with 127 units catering to actors and artists over 62, opened in the spring of 2013, along with its performing arts space operated by the Road Theatre Company.

SUCCESSION PLANNING
Succession planning for Dance Resource Center, which champions the viability and visibility of greater Los Angeles dance. Successfully led efforts to create and ready a succession plan to assist the organization with leadership transition and professional development needs.
